UK Shipping & Delivery

There is no minimum spend for free delivery, if the delivery address is in the UK.

 

 

Our standard free delivery is untracked however we offer lot's of different delivery upgrades if you want the piece of mind of tracked delivery. If your order amount is £30 or more you will get a tracked delivery upgrade for free!

 

Our dispatch time is 1-2 working days (not including bank holidays or weekends) and then our standard delivery time is 2-3 working days.

 

You can check the status of your order through the order confirmation email you received when you placed the order. Alternatively you can see all your orders with us if you have an account. Please note that standard delivery has no tracking.

 

We're so sorry your order hasn't got to you - first thing that we ask is for you to double check the delivery address on your order and then to check it hasn't been delivered to any neighbours. After those steps please contact us and we can find a solution to make sure you receive your order

 

International Orders

 

All International orders are sent tracked as standard. The usual delivery time can be between 5-7 business days depending on your location.

 

If your order is delivered outside of the UK, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and charges in the destination country, payable by the customer. Luffleberry has no responsibility for these charges.

 

From the 13th December we will be suspending shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland due to the new GPSR regulations - as a small business we cannot fulfill the new requirement of having an EU representative needed to be compliant, so unfortunately we can no longer ship to our EU and Northern Irish customers. We hope that as more information about these regulations becomes available there will be a solution and we can resume shipping.

 

As all our international orders are tracked you can check your dispatch confirmation email for the Royal Mail tracking number or if you have an account with us you can check the order status there as well. Please be aware that all delivery times are estimates and international deliveries can be longer due to customs delays. Please allow 21 working days before contacting us about where your order is and we will try our best to help.
