Dice Subscription FAQs

You can manage your subscription through the "Manage Subscription" link provided in any of the dice subscription emails (confirmation email, dispatch notification, etc). This link allows you to update payment details, skip a month, or cancel your subscription at any time.

If you can't find the email, search your inbox and remember to check your junk folders for "Luffleberry Dice Subscription" or feel free to contact us, and we can help :)
At this time, this can only be done via the "Manage Subscription" link in any of your dice subscription emails. If you can't find any emails, remember to check your junk folders!
If a payment attempt fails, our system will retry automatically. You'll receive an email notification if there's an issue.
